CASE

RIEDEL is a leading broker of sophisticated residential properties in Munich and the surrounding area. In the course of the corporate identity and design relaunch of the traditional family-own company, the online presence was completely redeveloped.

PROPOSAL
We came up with the strategic lead idea of “Personal Guided Experience“. This idea was reflected as an ideal user experience where all RIEDEL’s premium services were clearly showcased through a perfect balance of emotion and ration, closeness and exclusivity.

 The design process


PHASE 1 
DISCOVER
Persona analysis, user journeys, benchmark analysis, market research, trend research and other design research methods were used in other to obtain the necessary data and insights to generate the strategic idea that lead the design and development of the digital touchpoint.

PHASE 2 
STRATEGY
We came up with the strategic lead idea of „Personal Guided Experience“. This idea translated the personal, welcoming, comfortable, transparent and premium services RIEDEL offers to sellers and buyers.

PHASE 3
IDENTITY
For the website’s design and implementation, the main goal was to translate and make tangible the values of RIEDEL. An intuitive and personal user guidance, as well as an exclusive, highly aesthetic appearance needed to be portrayed.
In order to achieve it, large-format photographs of both, real estate and employees, filigree infographics and overall a high-quality visual language was developed. All of them underlining the competences and premium services of the company.
PHASE 4
EXPERIENCE
In order to create a better user experience we didn’t limited to design a intuitive website with an aimed goal; we proposed to generate a loyal community not only by generating relevant and personalized content in form of newsletters but also a login area was created. Â This login area served as an online personal space where the users could be in constant communication with their personal contact person and also have an overview of all their properties and processes. Making selling/buying an easier and pleasant journey.
